In recent years I can honestly say I have found true happiness. I love my partner, my family, my friends, and my work. I love where I live and the home I live in and I have found an inner confidence that is so empowering.
I have created and continue to create a life that is perfect for me and I want to help you identify what would make your life perfect and then guide you as you create that life.
Life has not always been so wonderful. Some of the challenging situations in my life were the divorce of my parents, a difficult relationship with my alcoholic mother through my teenage years, leaving home and having to support myself at 16, a long marriage as a dutiful wife and in recent years divorce. But, all these experiences made me stronger and I have learnt something from each one, which I believe, helps me empathise with my clients and workshop participants.
Over the last few years I have been quite determined to literally ‘break-free’ of the shackles I felt I had. Although I’d left school with no formal qualifications I went back to school, trained as Counsellor, gained a degree and became a School Teacher. I was finally running my own life and continued to make changes.
As I became stronger and my compassion grew, the calling to help others became louder and louder. As life always gives you just what you need at exactly the time you need it, I found myself on an NLP Practitioners Course and I really discovered you can rewrite your own book. With NLP, I developed techniques and skills to quickly and effectively change my thoughts, fears, behaviours and beliefs that limited my ambitions. My understanding of how we perceive the world through our senses means today I can continually learn to harness my resources to act skilfully in any situation and help you to do the same.
One-by-one I have approached my own limiting beliefs with an open and holistic heart, cured my body from Endometriosis with a good nutritional diet, a lot of kindness with myself, exercise and some Eastern Medicine thrown into the pot.
I have found Louise L. Hay’s philosophy (http://www.louisehay.com/) such a positive influence in my life and so wanting to share her work with others, I trained as a ‘Life Healing’ Teacher.
Today I am a quietly confident and compassionate Beccy. My thoughts are my own and I’m responsible for all my experiences. I have a wealth of tools along with a big loving heart and a great big desire to help you rediscover your ‘inner ding’.
