The Life Healing
two day workshop is based on the works of Louise L Hay, Frederick Bailes, Virginia Satir,
Thomas Troward, Ernest Holmes and many others.
Although each of them present, their philosophies in a slightly different
way their message is fundamentally the same. That is that we are what our
mind tells us we are. Our mind, body and spirit are all connected and we
can simply make our self unhappy, our body can
feel dis-ease and we can feel disconnected, lost and without joy or
fulfilment if these three parts are not connected. What a Life Healing workshop aims to do is
to help you to love yourself, live consciously and understand that you are
a creative human being.
During the workshop you will be guided through a process of
opening up to work subconsciously. You will be in a safe and nurturing
environment where you can relax and trust me to guide you through this
experience. It’s not therapy but a workshop in which you will be encouraged
to take time out and explore and evaluate your own life, open up to a more
positive life experience and better ways of dealing with challenges. It is
